Hey everyone! I am not making it to the gym today due to a sick 2 year old and me feeling under the weather also. So, I was hoping to get some reports here on how your 25 minute run went. If you haven't done it yet, I know you can! Just do a short warmup, a few skips, and then turn on some music and take it as slow as you need to.

Kelly- I feel your pain! My 2 year old has been sick for a couple of weeks (the stuffy, coughy kind) and I am going on 3 weeks with sinus-y, coughy too. It sucks! I am not quite up to the 25 min run, but I'm doing ok at half that and will continue to work up to it. I just have to double dose on the cough syrup beforehand! And my jog is REALLY slow, but I see it as "at least I'm jogging" (which is saying a lot as I'm not a short or long-distance runner!) Keep pounding the liquids and hope you and your munchkin feels better soon!
